Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to love every item you purchase from Sarah Ethnic. However, if there’s an issue, we offer easy exchange and refund options, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Exchange/Refund

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

Exchanges/refunds are only processed for:

Incorrect items delivered

Damaged or defective items

Items purchased during a sale or with discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Process

Email us at support@sarahethnic.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or ask you to return the item via courier.

After inspection, we’ll dispatch the exchanged item (if available) or offer a store credit/refund.
Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the correct product is not available for replacement.

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after return confirmation.
